Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Minnesota is seeking a Post Harvest Technician to break down dried cannabis plants into formats for processing or flower sales, supporting post-cultivation activities. The role requires careful manual handling and strict safety and regulatory compliance.

You will perform shucking, sorting, trimming, and other post-harvest tasks, meet daily production metrics, maintain a clean work area, and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certifications preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with strong time-management skills.
• Capable of working in a regulated cannabis environment with safety focus.
• Not required to have cannabis experience but must be able to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-harvest breakdown of cannabis plants with dexterity and precision.
• Shucking, sorting, trimming, and other post-harvest activities.
• Meet daily production metrics while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow SOPs.
• Assist in room setup/breakdown and equipment cleanup.
• Follow GMP, biosecurity, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
