Job summary

Sweetspot Brands is hiring a Post-Production Technician to support harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and labeling. The role reports to the Post-Production Supervisor and emphasizes quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will assist across facilities, maintain clean work spaces, and ensure all PPE requirements are met. The position involves following SOPs, supporting the cultivation team when needed, and helping pre-roll production and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to assist across teams and departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily post-production activities: harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work environments according to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Handle METRC tags to ensure regulatory compliance for plants and packaged items.
• Assist Product & Processing Technicians with pre-roll production, packaging, and labeling.
• Track and record weights of all materials throughout processing stages.
