Job summary

Vista Nissan of Casper is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to be the first contact for customers selling or trading their vehicle. You will work with warm inbound leads, educate customers on our appraisal process, schedule appointments, and partner with the sales team to secure quality pre-owned inventory.

Starting at $17.00 per hour plus a $200 bonus for every completed vehicle purchase, with performance-based earnings, paid training, and opportunities for advancement at a friendly

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads from customers interested in selling or trading their vehicle.
• Contact customers by phone, text, and email to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
• Build trust by providing a professional, friendly, and consultative experience.
• Educate customers on the appraisal and vehicle buying process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize appointment conversions.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM.
• Partner closely with Sales Managers and Appraisers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Help increase our inventory by connecting customers with competitive offers for their vehicles.
