Job summary

Eastside Dodge is seeking a proactive Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join a high-energy team. You may be asked to complete a brief video submission as part of the hiring process, and you will have access to a well-supported environment within the McManes Automotive Group.

With a strong focus on customer service and closing skills, you will promote and sell vehicles, maintain product knowledge, and work to meet diverse client needs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto sales is preferred.
• Ability to negotiate and close.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Product knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to meet diverse client needs and exceed expectations.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• AMVIC Licensed – completion required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote and complete vehicle sales professionally with exemplary customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle makes and models, including competitors.
• Serve all allocated sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Close sales when possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• To promote and complete the sale of vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
• To have up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicle makes and models including competitive brands
• To service all allocated sales inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion
• To have the ability to close sales
