Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a routine pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create a loyal client base for life.
• Consultative selling to help customers select the right pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Develop product knowledge to become the vehicle authority across inventory, packages and tech.
• Perform high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Drive referrals by following up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Address objections professionally and thrive in fast-paced sales environments.
• Bring energy and a positive, can-do attitude to work every day.
