Germain Hyundai in Columbus, OH, seeks a Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performing pre-owned sales team and maximize profitability in a premier Hyundai dealership.

You will drive deals and desking with clients, recruit and mentor consultants, develop strategies to move inventory quickly while maintaining premium guest experiences, and partner with senior leadership to optimize pricing, inventory and marketing.

• Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, especially pre-owned vehicles.
• Exceptional leader able to coach, mentor, and develop top-performing sales consultants.
• Strong closer with deal desk and negotiation expertise.
• Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a hunger to outperform goals.
• Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check and drug test).
