O’GARA is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Specialist in Beverly Hills, CA to guide buyers through our lot, assess needs, and negotiate prices, warranties, and incentives. You will leverage product knowledge and CRM tools to close deals efficiently and build lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to busy dealership demands while contributing to team goals and growth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurable.
• Valid California Car Salesperson license.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of vehicle financing.
• Tekion experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dealersocket CRM preferred.
• Effective relationship-building skills.
• Post-sale relationship management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to the demands of business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain product knowledge of O’GARA vehicles and compare with competitors.
• Qualify buyers and demonstrate vehicles to match customer needs.
• Close sales by addressing objections and negotiating pricing.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and complete required documentation.
• Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Provide sales reports to Pre-Owned Sales Manager as required.
• Enhance company reputation by taking ownership and adding value.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
