O’GARA Beverly Hills is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Specialist to guide buyers through the lot, demonstrate vehicles, and close sales with attention to customer needs and objections. You will leverage product knowledge, discuss financing options, warranties, and incentives, and coordinate delivery and paperwork.

The role requires a CA Car Salesperson license and driver’s license, with prior sales experience a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurable.
• Valid California Car Salesperson license.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of vehicle financing.
• Tekion experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dealersocket CRM preferred.
• Effective relationship-building skills.
• Post-sale relationship management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to the demands of business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicles sold by O’GARA and compare with competitors.
• Qualify prospective buyers by identifying needs, explaining features, warranties, and incentives, and conducting test drives.
• Close vehicle sales by addressing objections, negotiating pricing, and helping customers complete the purchasing process.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and complete required documentation by following delivery procedures and ensuring customers understand features and warranties.
• Build customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business by follow-up and long-term client engagement.
• Provide sales reports to the Pre-Owned Sales Manager as required.
• Enhance O’GARA’s reputation and business performance by taking ownership of responsibilities and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
