Canopy by Hilton New York 34th Street is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the opening leadership team for the brand's first Canopy in New York City. Based at the Penn District, you will help manage pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a hotel management role.
• Significant Food & Beverage management or operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Assist with pre-opening recruitment, onboarding, training, and team engagement.
• Provide leadership across Rooms, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Lead daily leadership meetings and monitor guest satisfaction and KPIs.
• Ensure financial controls, budgets, and vendor relations are managed effectively.
