Job summary

Canopy by Hilton New York 34th Street is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team for the flagship Canopy hotel in New York City. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will lead day-to-day Front Office operations, recruit and develop the team, and establish procedures that reflect Canopy’s personality and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Front Office management experience in a hotel.
• New York City hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office pre-opening activities and team development.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Front Office staff.
• Establish Front Office operating procedures and service standards.
• Train team on Front Office systems, service recovery, and brand expectations.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and collaboration with Rooms, Housekeeping, and Revenue.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as assigned.
