The Valley Health System’s West Henderson Hospital seeks a dedicated registered nurse for full-time night shifts. You will deliver safe patient care, lead a healthcare team, and uphold patient-centered care standards within a 150-bed facility. Experience in acute care and department-specific certifications are valued.

Requires Nevada RN licensure, BLS, and preferred ACLS/PALS; BSN preferred. The hospital offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities within VHS and UHS

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nevada or eligible to practice in Nevada.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred or required by department.
• Strong teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision.
