Job summary

St. Luke’s Health - The Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, implement treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience required.
• Registered Nurse license in TX upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admitted patient condition assessment and ongoing care.
• Planning: design and document care plans and discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes.
• Evaluation: reassess and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: provide bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe patient and work environment.
