Job summary

North Campus Surgery Center in Missouri is hiring a PRN Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse. The RN will plan, direct, coordinate and implement all pre- and post-surgical nursing care ensuring quality and safety.

Position requires weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or call, with some later evenings. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for pre- or post-surgical patients in accordance with accepted standards of care.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards.

Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse at North Campus Surgery Center

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.

Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
