Indiana Specialty Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Pre-Op/Post-Op Registered Nurse to plan, direct and coordinate nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients. The RN will ensure high-quality, safe care across all ages, from infant to geriatric, while maintaining compliance with standards of care.

The role requires weekday work only, with no holidays or weekends and some evenings. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program, hold an Indiana RN license, and ACLS

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. The RN cares for all ages from 1 month to geriatric.
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
