Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care across the pre-op and PACU settings. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality patient care and seamless transitions throughout the perioperative process.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to nursing standards, and commitment to the hospital's mission. A flexible schedule with night/weekend on-call shifts is included in a large, mission-driven

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing or higher; endorsement acceptable.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; new graduates welcome.
RN license active in participating state or National Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Document ongoing status, interventions and outcomes accurately and timely.
Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.
