St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care and to collaborate with the healthcare team.

You will promote patient health, safety, and well-being through the nursing process, adhering to standards and the Nurse Practice Act. The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and call shifts.

Qualifications

• Assure assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care using nursing process.
• Provide compassionate patient care and family education.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills with care team.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts accurately and confidentially; document status and outcomes.
• Advocate for health and safety and rights of each patient.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness and effectiveness.
