HCA HealthONE Centennial is seeking a Pre-Op Registered Nurse to join a committed team dedicated to exceptional patient interactions and high-quality perioperative care.

You will oversee the pre-surgical patient care, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure safety and education for patients and families. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Current Colorado RN license or current active multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS certification.
• BSN preferred.
• One year minimum experience in acute care.
• Prior Pre Op PACU experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct the care of the pre surgical/procedural patient.
• Serve as the primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
• Deliver care which is based on age-appropriate criteria and patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
• May float to areas other than assigned service area, performing only those duties for which competency has been demonstrated.
