Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation per nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care and educates on post-treatment needs and home medication administration.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities and professional development.
• Develops and documents care plans with defined goals in coordination with the interprofessional team and family.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional needs and considers cultural and population-specific factors.
• Note: This is a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.
