Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County is seeking a Pre‑op/Post‑op/PACU nurse with critical care or PACU experience. You will join a fast-paced, team-focused surgical services department that includes 22 ORs and a Magnet designation.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with a broad interprofessional team. The hospital offers signing bonuses and comprehensive benefits. BSN preferred; ADN candidates enrolled in BSN programs may be considered.

Formación

• Critical care or PACU experience required.
• BSN preferred; ADN candidates enrolled in BSN may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment; educates on post-treatment home care and medication administration.
• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance efforts; engages in professional development.
• Develops and documents individual care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; respects patient values and preferences.
