Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab and Procedural Recovery. The RN provides skilled assessments, monitoring, and care before and after procedures, coordinating with surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and families.

Requirements include 1–2 years in acute care (ICU/ED/PACU/Telemetry), active RN license, BLS, ACLS and PALS. This on-site, full-time role includes on-call rotations based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1-2 years of acute care experience in ICU, ED, PACU or a Cardiovascular ICU/Telemetry unit
• Active, unencumbered RN license, required
• BLS, required
• ACLS, required
• PALS, required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients before and after surgical, procedural (interventional radiology, bronchoscopy), and interventional cardiology cases.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and close patient monitoring.
• Administer medications, infusions, and blood products per provider orders and safety protocols.
• Serve as liaison between surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and families to ensure patient safety from admission to discharge.
