Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking a Pre-Op/PACU RN to provide specialized care before and after surgical and interventional procedures. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and blood products, and ensure patient safety across admission to discharge.

The role requires collaboration with surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and families, with on-call rotations and weekend/holiday coverage based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• 1–2 years of acute care experience in ICU/ED/PACU or CVICU/Telemetry preferred.
• Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care before and after surgical, procedural, and interventional cases.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patients, and manage medications and infusions.
• Coordinate with surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and families to ensure safety.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, weekend, and holiday schedules as needed.
