Service Corporation International in Thornton, CO is seeking a Sales Professional to serve families by arranging at-need cemetery services and selling pre-need plans, delivering personalized care throughout the planning process.

You will lead generation, build lasting relationships with families, and collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless, high-quality service while driving revenue for the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state/province.
• Pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.
• Evenings and/or weekends availability.
• Ability to drive frequently.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new opportunities 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served at the location.
• Network and build community relationships.
• Explain and present to families served and referred.
• Maintain and track activity levels for productivity.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Build trust-based relationships to encourage referrals.
• Educate families on pre-planning benefits.
