Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of college or equivalent education preferred.
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
Evenings and/or weekends work availability.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new families and referrals; lead generation for your location (1–2 hours daily).
Explain and present cemetery and pre-need services to families.
Build relationships with families and community contacts.
Respond to inquiries promptly with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
Prepare for appointments and ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail.
Collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff to ensure seamless service.
Follow up with families to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals.
