Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for cemetery and pre-need arrangements.
• Build trusted relationships with families through active listening and personalized service.
• Coordinate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare for appointments and follow up on inquiries and referrals.
• Educate families on benefits of pre-planning to secure referrals.
