GPAC is partnering with a leading plaintiff-side personal injury platform in Houston to fill a Pre-Litigation Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney role. You will manage a high-volume docket from intake to resolution, emphasizing early settlements and strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of plaintiff PI experience in pre-litigation, strong negotiation skills with insurers, and a Texas license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume caseloads and pre-litigation strategies.
• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing.

Location: Houston, TX

I am working directly with leadership at a well-established, high-volume plaintiff-side personal injury platform that is continuing to expand its pre-litigation team. This Pre-Litigation Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney role is ideal for an attorney who knows how to drive value early in a case and wants to focus on strategy and settlement.

This role involves managing a high-volume docket from intake through resolution, with a focus on maximizing settlements prior to litigation.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience.

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, specifically handling pre-litigation matters
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload and moving matters efficiently toward resolution
• Strong ability to evaluate liability, damages, and coverage early in the case lifecycle
• Proven track record negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters to maximize settlements
• Experience reviewing medical records, bills, and guiding demand package strategy
• Ability to manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong client communication
• Understanding of trucking/commercial vehicle cases is highly preferred
• Ability to identify cases that should be escalated into litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
