Responsibilities

• Be the leader of a team of 2 Case Managers and 2 Legal Assistants and 275 cases
• Excellent at managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well with others and enjoy a team environment
• Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements
• Maintain organized case files and documentation in Filevine or similar CMS
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
• Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the pre-litigation process

We are a reputable mid level personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients for over 25 years. Our team is committed to excellence, and we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.

This position can be in office, hybrid, or remote. Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, closed on Friday's!
