Job summary

Burnetti, P.A. is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to guide injury victims through the claims process and help secure favorable settlements.

• Strong understanding of personal injury claims, insurance coverage, liability, and settlements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit settlement and resolution.
• Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive demand packages to insurance carriers.

About the role

At Burnetti, P.A., our Pre-Litigation Case Managers play a critical role in helping injury victims navigate the claims process and achieve favorable outcomes. Working closely with Attorneys, you will manage personal injury cases through the negotiation and settlement phase before litigation becomes necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• Experience with case management software.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
