You like knowing what needs to be done and doing it the right way every time.

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Follows through without being reminded
  • Cares deeply about clients and treats their cases like they matter
  • Feels satisfied when files are organized, timelines are met, and details are correct
  • Prefers collaboration over chaos and consistency over constant fire drills

People see you as patient, sincere, dependable, and quietly persistent.
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact.
You make progress by being focused, thoughtful, and relentless in the right ways.

If you’re looking for a long‑term home where you can grow, be respected, and eventually retire, keep reading.

The environment you’ll thrive in

You’ll work with a supportive, highly motivated team that values doing excellent work without burning people out.
You’ll have a manageable workload that allows you to focus on quality, not constant urgency.
You’ll receive regular training, clear expectations, and consistent processes.
You’ll be surrounded by people who are driven, collaborative, and serious about serving clients well.

This is not a high‑drama, last‑minute, scramble‑every‑day firm.
This is a place for professionals who want stability, purpose, and pride in their work.

The work you’ll enjoy doing

You’ll be deeply involved in guiding clients through the pre‑litigation phase of their case with care and consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining prompt, monthly client communication so clients feel informed and supported
  • Discussing treatment progress and accurately logging all client interactions
  • Coordinating diagnostic procedures such as MRIs to keep cases moving forward
  • Preparing and submitting updated medical bills and records on a bi‑monthly basis
  • Organizing and updating case files monthly with medical records, bills, and provider information
  • Tracking outstanding requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Drafting and sending Notices of Claim on monthly to bi‑monthly timelines
  • Performing accurate monthly data entry related to case phases, injuries, treatment, and property damage
  • Participating in monthly file reviews with attorneys and contributing thoughtful strategy notes
  • Handling post‑settlement tasks including closings and lien reduction requests within one to two months
  • Showing up daily as a reliable, adaptable team player who others can count on
  • You have 2+ years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation
  • You’re comfortable using case management software like Filevine and Microsoft Office
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
  • You can manage multiple cases without losing accuracy or composure
  • You’re patient, even‑tempered, empathetic, persistent, and self‑motivated
  • You care about doing things right, not just getting them done
What you’ll gain here

You’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you long term, including:

  • Group health insurance with dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options
  • 401(k) with firm match and profit sharing
  • Performance bonuses
  • 14 days of PTO that grows with tenure
  • Firm‑sponsored training and professional memberships
  • Regular feedback and growth conversations
  • A firm that invests in you personally and professionally
Why this firm

You’ll be joining Alvarez Gower Injury Law, a fast‑growing but intentional firm built on empathy, professionalism, and relentless advocacy. You’ll work with partners and teammates who are driven, community‑focused, and committed to building something sustainable and meaningful, not just bigger. This firm values people who care, people who show up, and people who want to make a lasting impact. If you’re looking for stability, purpose, and a place where your work truly matters, this could be your next long‑term home.
