Job summary

Adams & Martin Group seeks a Personal Injury Case Assistant to support the team through pre-litigation. You will manage case files, gather records, communicate with clients and insurers, assist with settlements, and back attorneys on discovery, filings, and trial prep.

Ideal candidates hold a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, have 2+ years in pre-litigation PI work, and are highly organized with strong communication and time-management skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to trial.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, accident reports, and other case documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Coordinate court filings, service of process, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and case summaries.

The Personal Injury Case Assistant supports the team through the pre-litigation process.
