Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney with expertise in personal injury litigation to join our Clifton, NJ office. The role involves managing civil litigation tasks, including depositions, drafting pleadings, and court appearances, while negotiating settlements and maintaining client communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of personal injury or insurance defense experience, is admitted to the New Jersey bar, and holds a JD from an accredited law school.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a plaintiff's personal injury or insurance defense attorney.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Assist with case preparation and management.
• Provide legal administrative support as needed.
