Job summary

Whitley Law Firm Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to oversee a large caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution. You will work with Pre-Litigation Managers and Attorneys to drive case progress, maintain client relations, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong communication, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of personal injury experience as case manager or paralegal.
• Experience in pre-litigation or litigation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and organize a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Maintain active caseloads with monthly client calls for treatment updates.
• Identify and prioritize cases across stages for timely resolution.
• Establish and follow through on insurance claims and procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Identify potential claim issues and collaborate with managers or attorneys.
• Oversee preparation and summary of medical records for case development.
• Compile and submit comprehensive settlement packages to insurers.
