DM Injury Law is seeking a highly organized Pre-Litigation Case Manager to support attorneys in the early stages of a case, from intake through pre-litigation. This role requires keeping cases organized, ensuring timely communication, and moving matters forward efficiently.
No prior legal experience is required as training is provided; the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and enjoy helping clients while staying detail-oriented.

The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will support attorneys during the early stages of a case, from initial client intake through pre-litigation. This role works closely with the legal team to keep cases organized, ensure timely communication, and help move matters forward efficiently.
