Witherite Law Group seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Auditor to oversee and audit case management across both Commercial and Non-Commercial prelitigation teams in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to client requirements, and timely progression of cases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to provide insightful reports and collaborate with team leads and case managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pre-litigation, case management, legal operations, collections, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial and non-commercial case workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Quality assurance & compliance, data analysis & reporting.
• Client service mindset, accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit case management across Pre Litigation Commercial and Non-Commercial teams.
• Ensure cases progress efficiently and in line with internal workflows and client guidelines.
• Identify missing documentation, incomplete data, or stalled actions and elevate as appropriate.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of case notes, documentation, and system updates.
• Track case aging, turnaround times, and key milestones to ensure timely movement.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case status and identify communication gaps for improvement.
• Prepare audit findings, trend analyses, and performance summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Case Managers to address recurring issues.
