Job summary
The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Houston, TX seeks a dedicated Pre-litigation Attorney to join our team. The attorney will meet with clients to review cases, pursue claims, and coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements.
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication and a proactive approach. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor, be a member in good standing of the Texas Bar, and, while not required, bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing.
- Full-time position in Houston.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case and earn their trust.
- Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands and offers.
