Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Experience evaluating claims is preferred and helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and understand goals.
• Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurers regarding status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Represent clients with compassion, earning trust, confidence, and respect.
• Maintain timely case documentation and ensure compliance with firm standards.
