Requirements: Active Texas Bar license, 0–3 years' experience, Spanish bilingual preferred. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cases.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license and in good standing.
• 0–3 years of attorney experience.
• Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation exposure preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-litigation case intake and evaluation.
• Draft pleadings, demand letters, and case summaries.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and adjusters.
• Prioritize caseload and meet deadlines.
