Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Boca Raton, FL to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is admitted to the Florida Bar, and can discuss cases with clients, coordinate with insurers, and advance claims with empathy and professionalism.

You will meet with clients, review evidence, and prepare updates and status reports while maintaining strong ethics and client confidentiality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2-3 years' experience in litigation or pre-litigation roles preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and gather facts.
• Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurers regarding claims and offers.
• Assist in case preparation and demand letters as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
