Job summary
The Law Offices of Kanner and Pintaluga PA is seeking a full-time Attorney to meet with clients, discuss cases, and work toward favorable resolutions. The attorney will provide updates to clients and coordinate with insurance adjusters on demands and offers, while upholding the firm’s standards of care and integrity.
Candidates must hold a JD, be in good standing with the Georgia Bar, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Qualifications
- Full-time employment requirement.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Experience in evaluating claims and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment; team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case and earn their trust and confidence.
- Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims status, demands and offers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and review case documents to support negotiation and settlement efforts.
