• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Jury trials as first chair preferred
• Jury trials as second chair required
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented

Responsibilities

• See that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results.
• Meet with clients to discuss their case and earn their trust, confidence and respect.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
