Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers in New Orleans, LA seeks a pre-litigation Attorney to represent clients in personal injury matters from initial evaluation through filing readiness. You will conduct client calls, review records, and coordinate with paralegals to advance cases.

The role emphasizes adherence to ethical standards, thorough investigations, and clear communication with clients to guide them through the legal process while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in Louisiana.
• Member of the state bar in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy.
• Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence.
• File management in our case management software.
• Understand UM coverage and apply it to cases.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance.
• Collaborate with your legal assistant to manage case workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies.

Dudley DeBosier Personal Injury Lawyers are currently searching for a pre-litigation Attorney to join our team.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases

Job Qualifications Required

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in Louisiana.
• Member of the state bar in good standing.
