Clarvida is hiring at Taft, California for a full-time behavioral health counselor role. You will provide individual and group counseling, support clients toward personal and vocational goals, and collaborate with the team to deliver recovery-focused care.

This position offers a competitive hourly salary of $33.50-$36.50 with benefits, paid time off, medical/dental/vision, daily earnings access, and professional supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
• Valid registration as Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and/or outpatient)
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
