Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for our Ridgecrest location to provide comprehensive mental health services, including individual, group, family, and couples counseling. The role emphasizes client independence and family empowerment, with a mission to improve lives in the community.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, active Associate licensure, and at least two years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field from an accredited school.
• Valid registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
• Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family and couples counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.
• Maximize client independence and family empowerment through evidence-based mental health treatment.

About your Role:

We are seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for our Ridgecrest location. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will work to ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. Providing individual, group, family and couples counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.

Pay: $33-36/hr

Does the following apply to you?

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school


• Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker


• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient)


• Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance
