Job summary

Clarvida is a trusted provider of behavioral health and human services. We seek a Pre‑Licensed Therapist for our Mojave program in Mojave, CA. You will provide individual, group, family and couples counseling to empower clients and their families, aiming for greater independence and success.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work/ Psychology/ Counseling and CA Associate licenses, plus at least two years of mental health experience. It is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school.
• Valid Registration as an Associate LMFT, APCC or ASW in California.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
• Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance.

About your Role

We are seeking a Pre‑Licensed Therapist for our Mojave program. As a Pre‑Licensed Therapist, you will work to ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. Providing individual, group, family and couples counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school
• Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient)
• Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance
