Qualifications

• Master’s degree required from an accredited program.
• Active licensure/registration as AMFT, APCC, or ACSW.
• Minimum of two years of mental health patient experience (inpatient or outpatient).
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization ability.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

The Pre-Licensed Therapist provides mental health treatment services that promote client independence and family empowerment. This role delivers individual and group counseling services to support clients in achieving improved personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. Location Bakersfield Ca.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
• Valid registration as Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and/or outpatient)
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
