Job Description: As a Benefit Advisor, you will engage with Medicare-eligible participants nationwide via phone to help them select suitable insurance plans. This full-time, temporary role offers significant earning potential during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (Oct-Dec), with incentives and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and pass a paid exam preparation program for your state's Life and Health Insurance license
• Complete all certification requirements to represent insurance carriers
• Use a consultative sales approach to assess and recommend insurance plans
• Communicate plan options clearly and empathetically over the phone
• Maintain professionalism and patience with callers
• Engage in outbound campaigns and team collaboration

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong computer skills and self-motivation
• Patience and excellent listening skills
• Ability to adapt communication style to different callers
• Overcome objections with knowledge and understanding
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to work overtime during peak enrollment season

Training & Licensing: Paid 4-week exam prep, followed by a virtual two-week training and nesting period. Passing the licensing exam is mandatory.

Work-from-Home Requirements:

• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
• Own internet with minimum speeds: 10 MB/s upload, 100 MB/s download
