Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and pass a paid exam preparation program for your state's Life and Health Insurance license.
• Complete all required certifications to represent insurance carriers.
• Use a consultative sales approach to assess and recommend insurance plans.
• Conduct eligibility and needs analysis and communicate plan benefits empathetically over the phone.
• Assist participants in decision-making and maintain professionalism during calls.
• Engage in outbound campaigns to introduce new clients to our services.
• Collaborate effectively in a diverse call center environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills and self-motivation.
• Patience, active listening, and adaptability in communication style.
• Ability to understand insurance documents and technical information.
• Willingness to undergo extensive background checks and licensing exams.

Training & Licensing: Participate in a 4-week paid exam prep, pass your state's licensing exam, then attend a virtual two-week training followed by a week of nesting with your team.

Work from Home Setup: Equipment provided. Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace, reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 MB/s upload, 100 MB/s download), wired Ethernet connection, and a smartphone or compatible device for authentication.
