Job summary

Google Boulder, CO is seeking a Product Support Manager for Pre-Launch User Testing of the Gemini App. You will design, execute, and manage pre-launch testing programs for the Gemini App, turning tester feedback into actionable product insights.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, TPM, and UXR to align testing with the product roadmap, drive issue resolution, and help ensure a high-quality, trusted user experience before launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage pre-launch testing programs (Trusted Testers, Dogfood) for the Gemini App. Define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, TPM, and UXR to align testing with the product roadmap and launch goals.
• Develop mechanisms to collect, triage, and synthesize user feedback and bug reports; translate feedback into product recommendations.
• Drive issue resolution by working with engineering to prioritize and fix bugs discovered during pre-launch testing.
• Establish best practices for pre-launch testing and contribute to improving user insights programs at Google.
