Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide Gemini feature launches from conception to delivery.
• Partner with PMs and engineering leads to define product strategy and ensure execution.
• Navigate and resolve complex dependencies across workstreams and orgs.
• Guide engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and track tasks to hit deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on velocity.
