Gemini seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive consumer growth across Gemini Tooling. You will partner with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to define strategic plans, increase activation, and reduce churn through data-driven experiments along the funnel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ideation to launch success.
• Experience with consumer growth and activation metrics.
• Ability to run data-driven experiments across the funnel and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features that increase activation and engagement.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve growth metrics.
• Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize onboarding and first 30 days.
• Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across teams, aligning with business goals.
• Own product quality with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
