Job summary

Google Gemini is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategy and execute lifecycle programs across Gemini apps (iOS, Android, Web). You will partner with marketing, product, policy, support and engineering to design and deliver communications that educate and delight users at key lifecycle moments.

You will drive insights with data-led approaches to customer marketing and coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver impactful experiences that grow Gemini's user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy and Martech roadmap.
• Maintain data structures across systems for smooth orchestration and automations.
• Use CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and share insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure on-brand touchpoints.
• Prioritize, test and launch lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, activation, adoption, churn prevention and resurrection.
